Which One - iPod Touch or Eee PC??
Both are $399, you can look up the specs on both. I’m an Apple boy so of course I’m leaning toward the iPod. Leave a comment and tell me what you think.

This is a conversation I just had briefly with a friend in the IT business. I was getting excited about the Eee Pc and he shut me down by stating the Touch did all the same stuff. I’m pretty sure I can salary package a laptop where I couldn’t a “media player”… so there might be a financial/tax advantage to the Eee PC.
Aside from that, I’m as interested as you in the wider communities thoughts.
Suffice to say, the ability to run free software such as “Gimp” on the Eee PC and have a regular keyboard are both attractive. Open Office and infinate Linux apps all add to the excitement. The down side being the restricted storage space… but I assume memory cars or USB Storage sticks could offset that? Can the Touch be plugged into an external monitor and run at higher resolutions? For video like Xvid and DivX?
I like not being locked into Apple media standards, that’s for sure.
