The Connection

So I’ve gotten a few emails from some friends, mainly Jeff, about doing another post about how things are for me, personally. I figured it’d been awhile, so enjoy this ever-so-juicy blog post

Ok, so last time I checked, my birthday was on August 17th. I turned 16. There wasn’t a lack of presents, that’s for sure, but I’d rather not get materialistic! Exactly one month and a day after my birfday I became a licensed driver, bitches. Then on September 30th I got my car! It’s a 1995, fully loaded, Mitsubishi Diamanté!

I lovers my car! It has more features, doo-dads, and options than most of the cars my Mom drives home! And all of the one’s she drives are NEW! Anyways, enough about the car. If you want to know more, just email me: joshuaduffy@me.com

My love life is still, and will probably remain nearly non-existent. And to be completely honest, I have no problem with that. All I want after the craziness that was my “summer of failed love” is to mend my broken bridges, and build new ones!

And I have made a lot of great friends over the past few months!

-Mckenzie is one of the greatest girls I’ve ever met! She’s fracking hilarious and, like myself, has a terrible texting addiction. I probably send 500+ texts to her every week!

-Then there’s the ever dull, yet extremely hilarious Cody. Cody seems to live his life the mantra “I hate people”, and he’s hilarious. As you can tell, I respect a great sense of humor!

-I also text my friend Teresa rather frequently. Teresa is my polar opposite when it comes to interests. I’m into computers, weird music, “hippie” beverages, and other “city slicker” stuff. Teresa goes hunting almost every weekend, and loves trucks, and country music. Get my point!

-Then there’s Zach. Zach is practically my twin when it comes to interests! We both adore a small, not too popular, company named Apple Inc. Also Zach and I are both total twitter addicts!

-Which brings me to Jeff. Jeff moved far, far, away. Mr. Nilges is now a proud resident of the Spud State, Idaho. Jeff and I keep in contract through, of course, twitter, facebook, texting, etc. In a rather strange way it feels like he never left, but mentally I have to remind myself that he’s 1000+ miles away!

-Finally, there’s Ashley. Ya’ll remember my posts from awhile back about Ashley! Well she’s doing good. She’s employed, doing well in school, and still as weird as ever! I may not talk to her all the time anymore, but we keep in contact for the most part. And by no means am I still angry at her!

Overall the last few months have been rather interesting. Just yesterday I got my first call back from one of the several places I applied for a job at, and I’m doing awesome in school! All-in-all I’m doing good!
